Why should kids be encouraged to play with something they don't want to play with?

Judge has now ordered the father to pay $5k a month for the transition. Absolutely ridiculous. At some point one of these people will snap and go after the Judge. These activist judges need to realize fear again.

This father must have been an enemy of this nation at some point in time to be able to procreate with that nasty thing. No respectable good American would ever sign a life long trust with God alongside that nasty witch co-signing.

HYPOTHETICALLY speaking

i would find a boat. then get trusted family members (grandparents) and have them take my SON on a boat trip to a semistable South American country along with all my money.

THEN I would take care of the mother and make sure her special level of BSC never infected my son again. I would also take great care to make sure any of her immediate relatives who might do the same should my liberation of my son go awry were taken care of as well.

This way the only relatives or caretakers available to care for my son would be normal and he would not be able to be abused like that again...ever

Then I would join my son in that country if possible.

The judge now has awarded full decision making to the mother. There definitely must be more to this story.

Why? Judge Mary Brown is a democrat SJW and will fight for anyone's civil rights. (If it advances her socialist agenda).

The judge initially overruled the jury that award full decision making to the mother. This Dallas, not Austin. Since the judge initially granted joint decision making to the parents over a jury decision, the reasonable assumption is that something other than her personal politics lead her to reverse this decision.

Another court hearing tomorrow, this time threatening to put the father in jail and completely take his son away from him.

Tomorrow at 9:00 am Central Time USA, there is a court hearing: It may me the most substantial hearing Jeff Younger faces, as it may decide the fate of James and Jude, his sons, for the next two years, and whether doctors will have full access to medically transition James.

In the hearing, Jeff is being brought up on criminal contempt charges for refusal to follow an illegal and unconstitutional gag order, prohibiting him from speaking and warning other parents and the world about what is happening to James and thousands of other children. The order also disallows Jeff from speaking politically about about the issue to his own representative and participating in legislation to protect vulnerable children. Most importantly, Jeff is disallowed from telling his fellow citizen whether his SON is male or female! Jeff faces a heavy fine, six month to a year in jail, and 10 years probation for daring to speak up about his own boys.

Anne seeks to remove parental rights because Jeff revoked consent for court-appointed therapists to see James upon learning counselor(s) were affirming James as a girl, in secret meetings. Dr. Fletcher only agreed to see James as a girl coming only from Anne's house, knowing that James is only permitted to be a girl with the mother. Why should Jeff continue paying $300/hour for a forgone conclusion?

Removal of parental rights will be in the form of a temporary order. Temporary orders can NOT be appealed. The order will be in effect until a trial is held, which may be two years from now. During this time, Anne will have sole medical and psychological decision making. She will take James to the GeneCIS clinic in Dallas for testing and possible puberty blockers to have him chemically castrated, and stop all growth, including to his brain, and bones. As Anne's two expert witnesses have declared: Puberty blockers are not reversible under these conditions.

James and Jude have no choice in what happens. The therapists will speak on their behalf. James never presents as a girl when away from the mother. Remember, James was "diagnosed" with gender dysphoria, without Jeff being present, by a fellow pediatrician, and after visits with a gender-affirming therapist (an hour and a half combined), who later testified James does not meet the requirements for diagnosis. The combined total time to make the diagnosis was probably only houses. The gender-affirming psychologist even billed herself out as signing on-line consent forms for medical transition!

James and Jude love Jeff. They run to his car when he arrives and, after a taking a few days to decompress in Jeff's home, truly allow themselves to be kids.

Pray for these two little boys, their father, and for Anne! Pray for Judge Mary Brown to do what is right for James and Jude! Pray for God's light to shine tomorrow and for a miracle! Send the kid to mexico with family.

Stay and fight in the courts without him.

My wife would never in a million years do this.

But if she did then arkancide would be on the table for sure and i know she feels the same vice versa.

I would never allow someone to permanently disfigure and mutilate my son law or no law. Neither would my wife. And woe be unto the person who would try. My kid would know that I sacrificed whatever was necessary to keep him safe.
