agreed. I hope HBO doesn't try to overdo it. I think the appetite is here for HotD to the end of this story because a family civil war with dragons is compelling.

Dunk and Egg stories are fun and a little lighter but i don't see it going more than 2 seasons. That is probably where the Westeros stories should end. At some point,
viewers won't care about this material.

Eventually HBO will move onto a new magic/fantasy/scifi genre series. There is a Dune series, a Stephen king it series and a Harry Potter series upcoming so it will be interesting to see how hbo plays it.

Sure seems like the speculative fiction realm is going to be saturated.

Is Olivia Cooke'd face kinda misshapen? Seems she might have a bit of that Forrest Whittaker thing going on along with a Sylvester Stallone mouth. Not quite as apparent, but look closely.

She's still beautiful. Maybe moreso with the subtle flaws.

So crazy green sister does have a dragon. Number of riderless dragons out there too - which they are hinting at for next episodes.

Wonder if that one dude at the bar (when Aegon walked in) who was telling everyone he was Daemon's half brother will come back and be a rider. There are currently three dragons in Dragonstone without riders. (Sea Smoke, Vermithor and Silverwing). If the Blacks can get riders for all three of those, plus the three they have to the Green's two then that would be a huge advantage. But I'm sure Aemond is aware of this and is thinking the same thing.

I was thinking the same thing. But yes the lord did look right at her.

Of course I'm half convinced everything happening at Harrenhall isa hallucination and the guy she sent to check on him is just going to find Daemon sitting alone talking to himself.

I don't think the blacksmith is the guy who claimed to be a Targaryen *******. The blacksmith is just meant to represent the plight of the common people.
Unless you are a bookreader who knows more, in which case get the hell off the thread, the blacksmith has light blond hair for a reason I would think.


I am only two chapters into the book, but I don't think the blacksmith has white hair. His hair is more golden blonde, like a Lannister.


Unless he is an imp, I don't care about Lannister *******s.

Eh, it's not lesbo action, but that it's Rhaenyra. She just saw a man roasted, feels her son and council think nothing of her as a ruler, thinks the war can't be won, has lost a son and an aunt...but hey hey, time to get down with the old Madame of the Red Keep.

It's just silly placement in the story.
