Thats a good theory. Re: Banks I dont know all of the details around where he has been and when, it just felt like that was the direction the show was hinting, which probably means it's misdirection. Daisy mentions to Mack that Banks left early probably so he could hide all the secrets before they get there, and then they are ambushed. Just seemed to fit.

I like the Andrew theory better though.

You know, my gut just wants to say that Lash is the head of the ACTU (?) The woman. That shadow Skye saw was WAY to small to be Andrew. I like that theory though....

Anyone else stoked for next week when we find out where Simmons was?!

Oh yes. I'm ready to find out what actually happened to her. Though, I'm wondering if most of next week's episode will consist of her flashbacks and detailing things to the team with some minor story line progression in the hunt for Lash and Ward as the team regroups to start searching again.

Lash showed up in the premier. Simmons was still on a planet far, far away at the time. I'd be more inclined that the title of last night's episode plays into the story line of it being someone the team knows, but I doubt it's Simmons.

finally watched it last night. Told my wife that Andrew either had some serious special ops skills, or he was Lash, b/c they didn't show who that was lying dead on the floor, and little von strucker was absolutely terrified. After catching up on the thread, i'm even more sure of it now.

I don't think it's the head lady b/c Lash is a shirtless male. I don't think they would cross genders with the alter ego.

This season has been sooo good.

I love the Andrew theory.
Also definitely noticed that the sketchiness of the explosion.
Fitz and Simmons are the best characters on television now.

Finally saw the last episode last night, then came on here. It seemed incredibly obvious that Andrew must be Lash. He certainly wasn't the dead guy... they'd never kill a semi-major character off-screen and only show his feet. He definitely transformed, took out a couple guys, and Young Strucker got away, pooing his pants in the process.

yeah, he's either Lash, or they want us to think that. Maybe Lash showed up and kidnapped him. Without the Social Security guy, he needs someone to lead him to more inhumans.

Just brainstorming, I'm in the "Andrew is Lash" camp.

That is a fantastic theory, actually.

Andrew has become a prominent character, but still stayed pretty boring. He's a psychologist and May's ex, and thats really it. Him also being Lash is totally something the show would do to make his role more important. Of course, him being kidnapped by Lash allows him to stay on the show longer (I assume Lash is not long for this world. Probably dead by midseason break.)

When Jemma initially said she had to go back and the prospect of her wanting to go back for a love interest came up, I rolled my eyes. I thought there was no way I could get on board with that. Then Will turned out to be a pretty rad dude. Also, Fitz is probably a better person than all of us combined.

Also, were we supposed to think that was Death? That would be pretty cool if it is!

I'm interested in where they are going to go with Will. I can get on board now with Simmons wanting to go back for the person that kept her sane, and basically saved her. Before this episode, I wasn't sure about that. Fitz, is an awesome human being once again.

Well, now Fitz and Simmons have their own mission for the season or at least half the season.

That would be pretty cool! I did notice that right after she said that her father would like him, he reminded her of Fitz (well she was going to say it, but then saw the flare). Then as they are running, the "Death" character was in a space suit. A little too convenient..

Although, then what was the point of the stinger and Will in the sunlight.
