Clark gets 10th in the Long Jump, missing 9th place by 1 inch.
After a foul and safe second jump, Darius Clark misses the final by one inch jumping 25'0.75. Bryce Deadmon runs 45.37 to qualify to the finals. Allon Clay in the 800 coming up!
Need to go back and edit my prediction... messy 800 that looked more like a championship mile or 3k and Clay looked young out there and didn't help getting stuck around some big bodies
The first mile heat was insane! Crazy cause the top guys all have to run the DMR 1.5 hours after their 3:55 mile lol
Women's High Jump starting now, Tyra, Hall of Georgia, and Abigail O'Donoghue of LSU pass the first height, Lamara Distin is attempting at 5'7! Let's hope for no misses!

Where do I go to follow the "jump by jump". The official site doesn't show that; only the last height each competitor has cleared. It appears Gittens has cleared 176cm. Lamara is also cleared 176.
Both Aggies over 5'9 but both with a miss! Next height is 5'11.25, with 15 girls remaining! 5'11 will make or break the top 8 in my opinion, the early misses won't help Distin so she's gonna need to clear 6!

Two misses for Distin at 5'11 hopefully she can get over it! Will really help the team!
Gittens missed her first try at 1.76 which is why she is not in first place.

Lamara Distin misses at 6'0 and will place ninth thanks to early misses... hopefully she's continues to rehab and get better so she can come back stronger outdoors and in the triple jump as well!
Unfortunately, Lamara can't make 6' 0 1/2" and finishes 9th. Trya has one early miss and is in 2nd. 6 women left with 3 clearing on their last try!
Anna Hall seems to be struggling, but a fresh O'Donoghue will go toe to toe with Tyra, 6'2 and 6'4 will be the difference maker! O'Donoghue had 2 misses at 6'1 at SEC's
Tyra clears 187 on first try along with a USC woman. Other 4 miss on try 1, so Trya is in lead on misses.
Wow O'Donoghue is out, leaving Tyra, Hall, and Glenn a freshman was from South Carolina. The SEC will go 1, 2, 3, 4! This may be the first time one conference has done such thing, for sure in the high jump! IT JUST MEANS MORE! Okay back to rooting for Tyra only lol

Tyra with the big clear at 1.90m to put some pressure on. The 9th place really hurts, that little boost would have helped a lot since we dont have a lot of upside on the projections since we have big point scorers vs arkansas lots of little point scorers
