A&M's season ends in Austin Regional final after falling to Texas
Despite a valiant effort, A&M fell in the Austin Regional final against Texas on Sunday, 11-5. With the loss, year one under Trisha Ford has now come to a close with the Aggies making their 21st consecutive appearance in the NCAA Tournament and finishing 35-21 overall.

Trisha Ford's first taste of Southeastern Conference play ended early as No. 7 Arkansas run-ruled the Aggies in five innings, 8-0. The home-standing Razorbacks plated five in the first and never looked back as the Aggies mustered just three hits on the night.
