How do you get rid of Zach Lowe? That was one of the few guys that actually sounded like he understood and enjoyed basketball.

Granted, I stopped reading him when he went to ESPN because I refuse to consume any of their content anymore...

Lowe has been with ESPN for well over a decade.

I could see him going independent with YouTube/Podcasts. He hasn't been picked up yet, layoff announced this morning.

He was supposedly getting over $1 million a year at ESPN, don't know if there are any news outlets willing to pay that for a basketball guy.

He can't catch a break. I hope this opens up an opportunity for Castle, although the floor spacing would be a nightmare, assuming Sochan starts. More likely Keldon starts or even Julian.

Bound to happen, but happened sooner than I expected.

The Detroit pick is heavily protected. 1-13, then 1-11, then 1-9 and then it turns into a single 2nd round pick. Minnesota not getting that.
