Not sure what Darlow is doing there. Didn't come for in and then let it a soft goal from a tight angle.

Ref just ignored a blatant foul on Sesko so the entire team just stopped playing and let Brighton score. Classic let off, once again

It absolutely was but ref has let a lot go in the 10 minutes I've seen.

This poor guy is in survival mode. That ball by Rashford hit off 2 BHU players a total of 3 times for a corner. And he called it a goal kick.

When you referee a game and arent sure, watch the players.

Who gets it on a throw? Watch them.

Foul you arent sure about? Watch them. When both sides quit playing, its a foul. Literally both teams quit. Everyone but one dude in blue.

And that AR has to help him. Its right in front of him.

The culture of complacency in this organization is just brutal. Week in and out doesn't seem to matter which players or what competition, the team consistently takes their foot off the pedal when they have a lead

Ok You could also say "He doesnt have a clue what a foul is"

That BHU manager just blatantly interfered with a throw in. He literally took a ball away from our player and threw it away to stop a fast throw.

Not as bad a result as Grimsby obviously but I think much in the same way that Amorim never recovered from that loss, Carrick won't recover from this one. He'll hang around till December but we'll look back and realize this was the nail in the coffin.

And I would like to officially state my support for any new owner who promises to never ever ever ever ever ever sign an interim manager on a permanent basis. I don't care if they win the quadruple...don't do it.

Holy crap. Mazraoui pokes the ball away, Zirkzee collects and looks up and literally no one is even walking let alone running. Everyone just standing there.

If that's the plan, you have to say that up front. Literally say to fans, the media, the players, everybody "we don't care what the record is at the end of this, we don't care how you play, we don't care how many games you win in the next 6 months. This guy will not be the manager at the end".

And the problem there is no one has any incentive to play for 6 months.

It's counter productive.

I would suggest that what made this decision harder wasn't that an interim had a very good 6 months, it's that the interim was also a club star.

That makes it impossible to say "no"
