Gotta say I'm generally disappointed in the kit designs overall this year.

The US look is at least interesting (I like the dark kit) and there's a few other cool ones like Slovenia and Nigeria, but overall they're just really generic looking across the board.

I agree. Most of the kits look poor. I do like the Norway and USA kits

For all the warranted worrying, the pitches so far have looked really good across all the stadiums

I was running through the Nike and adidas websites which have all the 2026 national team kits (also has Italy, Poland, etc.).

But you're right that these aren't even in the World Cup, which kinda makes it worse.

AT&T looks like the best stadium by far - am i biased?

But the commentators were just raving about the grass for indoors and saying it was immaculate.

Now we see if it survives 4 weeks and 9 matches.


If you have not see the indoor grow lights they installed that lower from the ceiling it is impressive

With this new format, it will be interesting if any good teams don't make the knockout phase. Seems very unlikely.

The announcers have said several times it's the greatest stadium they have ever seen so you may not be bias.

The guy in charge of the stadium and that setup is an Aggie if I remember correctly.

Yeah I mean the top 2 from each Group (of 4) plus the next 8 3rd place teams advance. You have to pretty much tank it to not advance.

I saw stats the other day that 3 points (one win or three ties) still has a good chance to advance.

Even 2 or 1 point has a statistical chance to advance which is crazy.

But based on tournaments with a similar format where 3rd place teams from 4 team groups stages advanced those with 3 points advanced 65% of the time. And 2 points only 5%. 1 point has never happened.

In the 1994 World Cup 3rd place teams with 6 or 4 points all advanced.

Anyway only 16 of 48 do not advance meaning 12 4th pace teams and 4 3rd place teams.
