Watched this video in a Buccees parking lot getting gas, just to get back on the freeway and get stuck behind a bonneted Altima pilot weaving to and fro at 45mph in the fast lane.

I drove one between trucks for like a year around 2015. Was a 2003 from my Asian mother in law with like 20k miles. Amazing little car not gonna lie.

For those of us in the west Memorial area, this happened Saturday night/Sunday morning

Since none of the news stations (last I checked) would release any information about the suspect, this is from Andy Kahan's (Crimestoppers) Facebook page:

From 2020 thru present he was charged with 12 Felony's and 4 Misdemeanors
His range of offenses include Burglary, Evading Arrest, Multiple Counts of Felony Assault, Aggravated Assault and Multiple Counts of Violating a Protective Order
Due to extensive plea and sweetheart deals he was only convicted of 3 Felony's and 3 Misdemeanors
He was convicted of Deadly Conduct on 1/9/26 and sentenced to 228 days in Jail and given credit of 77 days served
His original charge of Aggravated Assault was reduced to Deadly Conduct a Class A Misdemeanor
Surprising, he was not charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm which in theory could have landed him in Prison
He was likely released late January
Rodney Yoder has been to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice multiple times for Violent Offenses


ETA: If you're familiar with the area, this is the last house on the NB side of Kirkwood before you cross over the bayou.

Last time I ate at the south loop one it wasn't bad at all, both on that front and on the service and food.

Can't say the same for the 59 location in Sugar Land. I won't ever go back to that one again. Everything about that meal was terrible, from the food to the service to most of the clientele.

Yes, that's the one. If you drive by it now, one of the windows of the double front door is boarded up. I assume that's the window that was broken and woke up the pastor (reported on other sites from the 911 call) and initiated the confrontation.
