He pulled out his gun as procedure. The gun went off, went through the back window, through the back of the driver seat, hit the boy in the shoulder and then went through his chest. There was at least one other boy in the car. Why didn't the boy stop? Lots of questions still. Will go to the grand jury. "

Is this what happened? As soon as he exited his vehicle he drew his gun and fired (whether intentional or unintentional) and it just happened to hit the kid?
