Not even close.

Something about a man climbing out from under a Buick to slice the brisket because he doesn't trust his wife to do it.

Puts a little extra oomph in that brisket sammich.

Taking some pressure off of Truth/Pinkertons (so I can bring out-of-town guests by without waiting forever) is a big plus for me.

It's funny how 5-6 years ago, Houston was basically barren of top tier BBQ then suddenly the heavy hitters all converge into the city.

Do people still go to Corkscrew? I never hear them mentioned as much as they used to be.

Corkscrew is good, but not worth driving out to the boonies for.
