The current city controller, Chris Hollins, is doing a great job exposing fraud and waste and telling the council how their budget plans are absolutely stupid.

I dont live in city limits so I dont pay close attention but he seems to be doing a bang up job.

Which means they'll find a way to get rid of him.

Agreed…every level of government needs to be audited, I would love a truly full audit of Harris County.

That's the reason for the county administrator and all the new "enterprise" positions, to bury accountability behind more layers and reduce the checks & balances of independent department heads.
