Here's a pro tip kids…. A vest or jacket with your name and title don't get you anywhere at HLSR, unless you have the official credentials, tickets, badges to get you in. They don't care who you think you are.

well in her defense on that bet - I would lay odds that 90% percent of the HLSR ex-officio member have not attended a meeting in their lifetime. They are politicians and state and local heads of agencies. You might get one or two who were on a rodeo committee in the past, but not likely.
