Haha man I have seen some things in my life to put it mildly. Anyone who A) doesn't listen. B) interrupts. C) has a difficult time comprehending in real time and D) Runs off mid meeting is on drugs, and likely snorting them hence the race to the restroom. Either coke, speed, or strong opiates to which they have a paradoxical reaction to that gives them energy instead of making them sleepy. A and B are pretty ridiculous notions. I have an issue interrupting by nature as I'm on the phone a shiiit ton a day and have to constantly work on it but don't have a drug problem.
On A some are just poor listeners as a trait.
Even without my self haze, plenty of ppl naturally are poor listeners or naturally interrupters to their detriment.
Plenty of more obvious signs of drug use imho.

You are completely correct. All those points mixed together appear like someone who is high. Or she is incredible unprofessional and has never been taught how to listen, be engaged, respond with intent, and is someone who not very intelligent despite being educated.
