C-2ag, I only have 2 options... Force them to stay with their current contract or force them to the new job. I don't think I can just decline it for them and have them pop up later in the carousel. Unless someone says they're staying, I can't force them to stay.

SEC! Took the Mizzou job! Both were 4 stars. I think the rule is you can't take a job with more stars prestige than your current program.
