nm figured it out. ADW Settings->UI Settings->Add Secondary Action Buttons.
I will miss Friendstream from Sense but thats probably it. The 'auto-stretch widgets so they don't overlap' option in ADW Launcher tends to chop the widgets up and they don't look pretty.

Thanks. I can see the folders now, but it only shows the default folders not my custom ones. Back to K9 I guess.

As an owner of both I think that's way overblown. Right now the only possible way around the 30 FPS cap is with build 3 and I doubt we see am OTA for that. I'll take that and a couple of other build 3 advantages which I can't remember at the moment for when I decide to root again.

Started my phone today and it was pretty much idle from 7 to 845. Over the past hour I have been procrastinating and reading one website. My battery has dropped 28% since I opened up my browser. I have done all of the battery tips. This is ridiculous.

I've already noticed that my wifi indicator is consistently at 2 or 3 "lines" now. Before it was only 1 line, even when I was sitting right next to my router.
Still not finding my n network though.
I'll have to check this when I get home, when I'd be 15 feet from my router it would drop down to 0 bars/1 bar. It would only be at 2-3 when I was at least 5 feet from the router.

Good to hear, I'll be getting the third build whenever the online Sprint store finally has more in stock. Your Best Buy still had them? I wonder if it's the same stock they had a couple weeks ago or they've gotten in more recently...
Several of my widgets are screwed up as well. Hopefully this helps my battery which is massively disappointing so far.

make sure you are checking the HTC update, DAM. Mine listed no update available, but I clicked the "check now" box and it revealed the update.

Not sure what the battery problem is for you, I've been using my phone all morning on 4G and I'm at 75%.
Didn't fix the gsm/cdma problem
Make sure you go in and redo the gsm/cdma fix, the update might have reset it. Not sure but this may be causing your battery problems after the update.
My usage has been pretty light and I'm at 49% I started at 93% because of the trickle charge issue.

tripps, you really should figure out and post what changes you made to prolong battery life. Of everyone here you seem to have done the best job of it.
I need to find someone with a brand new EVO so that i can compare every single setting and find out with the culprit is for the bad battery loss. I did so many things that one day that i can't remember them all. I need to stop drinking so much.
With the pending hurricane, i need to be able to tether on 3g service. What is the program for that and do i need to root this thing to get it running? I know it is somewhere on this forum but i dont have time with work a pregnant wife and the hurricane to find it.

Done. Don't have time right now to compile a list of all the tweaks but that should suffice (thanks to atmhockey as I basically just copied your post on this thread.
