I think he's 100% beat down from this circus, and he's tired of it all being on him ALL. THE. TIME. The offense is also so bad right now, and if Dak isn't superman on every play they go three and out.

Future HOF Gardner Minshew came off the bench and led one of his signature comebacks. He also had future HOF Algiers at RB to help.

I think if Parcells stayed they win a title in the next 2 seasons. He took a disaster from Campo, patched together a winning team with old recycled dog crap at QB, and then left it in really good shape with an emerging young franchise QB. I think he mostly got tired of the wrestling matches with Jerry, specifically over TO at the end. Stay long enough for Romo to develop a bit more, could have been great. Those next 3 years may have been the most talented they've been in the past 30, but Wade couldn't capitalize at the highest level and it ultimately fizzled.

At home the cowboys franchise is 202-1-1 when leading by 14 in the 4th quarter. The loss and the tie both come under schotty. Yesterday and last years green bay game.

They did score 30 but should have been up 28-3 with how the defense was playing. They also had both ceedee and pickens on the sideline several times down the stretch. Not bringing in extra blockers in OT. Cards coached circles around schotty.

Yeah no one is blaming Dak here I don't think. We're just saying that he looks worn out right now because the weight of this ****-show franchise is completely on him. He has no help from the coaching staff. It's either him hitting CD or Pickens all the way down the field or a three and out. He has to be almost perfect one every snap.

Yeah dak isn't playing all world, but you are right his play is way down the list of issues they have right now. It really sucks the jets get the cowboys pick this year

My earlier post was not defending schottenheimer at all (I refuse to call him by his self proclaimed ridiculous name). He's the worst HC in the NFL, probably by far. He's a clown who has no business being a HC, esp in the NFL. He's been a nepo baby coach in the NFL for 27 years and never sniffed a HC position until the cowboys somehow gave him a shot. This season, and yesterday, are all on him.
I was simply defending Dak, to a point, bc what he and the offense did should've been plenty. Somehow people will still blame Dak, but he's probably over this **** as much as we are.

I just don't know what the Cowboys do from here. I really don't know. They are in such a rough way from a what this team needs perspective and the resources to get there. On top of it all looms Dak only having two years on his contract left, and realistically how can you possibly fix this thing in one offseason. That would require you hiring the absolute best coach possible, nailing every single draft pick and spending a ton in free agency. I just don't know.

I'd give strong consideration to trading Pickens and Dak, honestly…

I don't know what kind of value you could get, but as bad as this seems, I think this is the answer. Jerry won't do it though because he knows he won't live long enough to see the rebuild.

I don't think some of you understand the QB wilderness we could be in for years if we traded Dak.

Jerry Jones on the narrative that he won’t pay top money for a head coach.
— Joseph Hoyt (@JoeJHoyt) November 3, 2026
“There’s zero correlation between how much you pay a coach or how many coaches you have, to winning. There’s no correlation. That’s a random sample of years and all 32 teams involved, so put that in your…
