We aren't going to leave Taiwan uncovered and we are awfully th8n on maritime assets out in the ME. Would be shocked if the ISIS strikes weren't 100% testing comms, command links, aur defense tracking, etc.

This is where we crap ot get off the pot.

Do it the old fashioned way. Let the current Iranian regime escape to a safe place. Then let the CIA (or the CIA of old), help them all into "unfortunate accidents". Lots of unfortunate accidents.

Nah...
Let mossad trained Persian intelligence take them out.

Good Idea.....

Negotiate to locate the gold/cash they have already stolen. If the gold is returned, they may yet live...if not, they are walking dead men wherever they go. Even then, I'd heavily consider taking them out anyway.

They absolutely will continue their crap until utterly eradicated or neutered financially.

We who kemosabe? Do the Iranian protestors not have any guns? What about swords and knives?

They need to fight. Not We. Remember that when the Muslims took over in 1979, the Persians fled and for the most part did Not fight.

Merz in Germany says regime lacks legitimacy and is in "its last days and hours."
Trump imposes 25% tariff on anyone doing business with Iran for all trade with the US.
It's time for this step; send the ambassadors and their staffs home.

Protests in the West are actually down in volume as the thug Arab militias are slaughtering folks (12,000 dead now IRI claims), but this is still terminal:

Regime admitting to at least 2,000 killed.

Iran International, whatever that group is, claims 12,000.

Safe to say the number is likely somewhere in between. Godspeed to those fighting for their lives.

I think it is time we took some action. I am not a big proponent in getting engaged in foreign quagmires and I don't think Trump is either, but I think we have created an expectation that we would assist. We can't leave those folks hanging. There is great symbolism in getting at least marginally involved that I think would go a long way with the Iranian protestors. Trump promised to protect the protestors and I don't think this is a promise he can afford to break.

I think a great target would be the mercenary forces that have crossed over from Iraq and appear to be causing great mayhem. It would be an easy line to draw I think. If we have to take out some Iranian air defenses to do so, so be it.

We could also airdrop in some support. Food and water and other supplies are bound to be needed. Maybe include some weapons so that people can "protect" the supplies from confiscation. *wink wink*

Gross but I tend to agree which is counter to my usual stance for that region. But I'm just talking about "tipping point" actions and nothing major. I'm sure there are some things we can do to nudge it along. Still makes me question myself though.

92 million in Iran. 12,000 dead is just a wild Saturday at a contested soccer match.

It won't be the number, it will be the symbolism of what they do with bodies. Stacking bodies bags drives tears. Hanging dudes from cranes in the town square drives anger.

If the mullah sans ayatollahs had any sense (and they don't have much), they would jail protestors then quietly disappear them. I dont condone such of course, but their current actions are stoking world resentment. Good for potential peace, bad for long term career potential in the IGRC.

Hopefully, whatever it takes to help the Iranians have the life they want. So long as it's not boots on the ground, I'm good with everything else.

I just don't buy the reporting that Vance pushed for 'negotiations' contra Trump on this. I have a tough time comprehending how that 'zoom call' (they are being kept separated for security reasons) would have played out as claimed.

Could he have asked a question? Sure, but he's not going to try to push Trump into a corner against him. Everything else sounds like spin from people/reporters who are/were not in the room etc.

Karoline Leavitt was on one of the shows yesterday and was very adamant that Team Trump was focused on diplomatic solutions first. I imagine Vance said something similar and "sources" interpreted that as some sort of dissension in the ranks.

Libs and the lackey media are nonstop trying to indicate discourse in the Trump admin. Another swing and miss.

Is it possible to just glass the areas and facilities where the protesters aren't? If so, do it now.
