I am not a big proponent in getting engaged in foreign quagmires and I don't think Trump is either, but I think we have created an expectation that we would assist. We can't leave those folks hanging. There is great symbolism in getting at least marginally involved that I think would go a long way with the Iranian protestors. Trump promised to protect the protestors and I don't think this is a promise he can afford to break.

I think a great target would be the mercenary forces that have crossed over from Iraq and appear to be causing great mayhem. It would be an easy line to draw I think. If we have to take out some Iranian air defenses to do so, so be it.

We could also airdrop in some support. Food and water and other supplies are bound to be needed. Maybe include some weapons so that people can "protect" the supplies from confiscation. *wink wink*

Karoline Leavitt was on one of the shows yesterday and was very adamant that Team Trump was focused on diplomatic solutions first. I imagine Vance said something similar and "sources" interpreted that as some sort of dissension in the ranks.
