I've done refueling in the V-22 simulator many times back when I worked on it, and I don't think people realize that it's not that easy with the vortices coming off the wings of the tanker and then trying to maintain altitude and spacing.

Makes me impressed with how pilots make it look so ****ing easy.

Try it in a harrier where the probe is slightly behind you, or at night on goggles so you have to peek sideways to get in the basket

explosions all across Iran seem too strong to be just some local grabbing a drone.

these are big time damage to IRGC residential secure buildings with razor wire around the perimeter

but it's just one of those pesky "gas pipe leaks" that keep happening in the past year.

even though there is no fire and no burn marks

I'm an engineer and I think the engineers that came up with that design are dumbasses because I've done so much work in simulation with pilots.
