Reminds me of 7th grade PE locker room. While this guy is clearly insane, there are some people that believe their cultural right to be "loud" allows this behavior. The person on the train with their music/video blaring from their phone is not much of a jump back from this video.

And here's my two cents after 12 years of Brazilian jiu jitsu. The guy clearly looks strong and jacked up on drugs. A person (especially not in their right mind) is not going to stop until they're unconscious or completely immobilized. You could break his arm and adrenaline and a drug fried brain would keep him coming. If he was not submitting to the choke and still trying to resist, Daniel Penny should have absolutely kept the choke on. If this guy wiggles out and manages to turn he would then have the upper hand and commence beating on Daniel. So in short, if he dies, he dies. *Ivan Drago voice*

I was in a doctor's office with my wife about a week ago and some dude in the corner pulls out his phone and starts watching random videos with his phone at full volume without a care in the world that he was literally drowning out every other conversation taking place in the room. That happened to me in an urgent care waiting room. This old lady was stone deaf and playing candy crush or whatever at full volume. She shouted to a neighbor, is it too loud? And no body had the heart to tell her. She could not even hear when they called her name and missed her spot til the nurse figured it out.
