The coaches can't make the plays on the field. All of the coaching in the world will not replace the players on the field when they refuse to give it their all. If a player quits on the field, he should be dismissed from the team without exception. There are too many outside the lines catering to the over privileged player these days. If you don't want to play all the time with effort, go home and get a real job somewhere outside of playing football for the aggies.

The lack of effort by certain players is noticeable. I do hope this is what Elko was speaking about when he summarized the recruiting efforts.
