I hate conspiracies, but surely someone other than me has looked at the Google Street View history from where the shooter had a view on the course -- seemingly the ONLY spot with a clear view (that I can find) over the course adjacent to a roadway.

This spot overlooks holes 5 and 6. And is the only opening over them.

Notice that the space where the hedges were is still not covered with grass/plant growth, indicating recent (as of April 2024) removal of hedges/shrubs.

This begs more questions and creates reasonable suspicion on what exactly transpired here:
