Seriously? It's been in theaters for 11 days. That, and it's an incredibly minor plot point. "Spoiler" didn't even cross my mind. The Venn diagram of people posting in a Batman thread who still haven't seen Joker has to be incredibly small, but I'll add tags just in case...

I got banned for a month for spoiling Stranger Things ending in the Marvel thread and it had been out for 6 weeks.

Is it weird that for me Anne Hathaway has become the definitive Catwoman, more so than even Michelle Pfeifferr? For all of TDKR's flaws, Hathaway wasn't one of them. I thought she knocked that role out of the park and looked absolutely amazing doing it. I honestly wish they could just pull a Sony/MCU/J. Jonah Jameson and recast her in the same role, just a different universe.

I usually only like Anne Hathaway when she is playing characters that aren't trying to be likable...oddly enough. I liked in her both her Nolan outings, and think she nailed Selina Kyle/Catwoman in TDKR. BUT Michelle Pfeiffer is the definitive Catwoman for me...but probably because I was a kid when Batman Returns came out and was obsessed. Its what got me into Batman. I know its not the most loved of the Batman films, but it holds a special campy place in my heart.

I guess I'm just not a big fan of the over-the-top campiness, literally eating a bird, the drugged out look as Selina Kyle, etc. Though, I can understand how Pfeiffer's take is more iconic, for sure.

It's sort of similar for Two Face.

I will always think of TLJ as Two Face, but Aaron Eckhart for Harvey Dent.

That would fit as well, but (for me) TLJ's Two-Face was a lot more camp that I personally liked for that particular character

Catwoman has been both campy and serious in the comic books and animated shows, so it is easier (for me) to see her either way.

While Two-Face does have an inherent campiness due to having to have two personalities, having to push his duality, and of course all of his "two"-based puns and references, I always prefer him as bit more straight/serious than TLJ played him.

Either way,we got two entertaining and drastically different takes on the character.


For a lot of the Rogues Gallery I see the animated series versions. That was just an all around well done show.

I'm going to preface this with I don't think I've ever seen Zoe act but I wonder if they chose her partly so fanboys will have someone else to argue about being a poor fit instead of Cedric Diggery.
