We should know who was nominated, and probably who won veto when the feeds come back tonight (10pm PST). HOH gives you immunity, but the veto holder has the real power this week as they are the only vote (unless Paul wins, then he decides who gets to vote). I feel like Nic has the best shot to win, typically it involves dates or knowing facts about who did what in the house.

He was definitely pissy, but the main reason he was upset was he and Paul were blindsided. He understood the strategy behind it once he calmed down, I just think Corey and Nic just handled it poorly. It seems to be the theme of the season. If Corey had just explained before the noms that he didn't want to risk Nic going up in case one of Paul/Vic won the veto, I don't think Vic would have been as angry. They could have even played it up that they still wanted to get James out. That way if Vic/Paul won veto, they wouldn't have been upset with them and then they could have then explained the need to get the non-veto winner out once noms were final. Instead they burned a possible jury vote.

I would love it if at final three they just moved the jury back in. Let them grill the finalists, I'm sure there would be some fights and drama, at least it would it something to watch. It is so boring the last week of feeds. I already hate that they way they changed the final 3. They used to have the final two in the house for at least a few days and did real jury questions, not the scripted BS questions they do now. I remember lots of tears and paranoia after being grilled by jury.

Would rather Victor had stayed over Paul, seems like good guy, but he is definitely better player. Victor did say the other night he wants to move to CA to act and model.

Corey was talking to Nicole about the final four scenarios before he nominated Victor and Paul. She talked about winning HOH and he kept telling her it really doesn't matter, they have to win veto, so they have the vote. HOH does not get to vote!
Paul will put them up, but if either win veto, he/she comes down, James goes up and then he/she are sole vote. Bye James!
So Paul is the only one safe at this step. He is guaranteed final 3. Hope that CA boy goes to jury house.

About James and Nicole, James told Natalie one night on BBAD that James is very good friends with Nicole's father. Better friends with him than with Nicole. ??? So they have that connection, believe James would take Nicole over Corey for that reason.
But what would Nicole do?
If you missed it Nicole is from a very small farming community. Had 60 in her graduating class. That is actually a lot bigger than mine. I had 12 in mine. I believe she said her father is a mechanic. She said they get beef, pork and chicken from their uncle, have freezer full, because he raises them. Wouldn't mind a small town farm girl winning half a mil. But being a farm girl and daughter of mechanic she was clueless in the escape comp.

Don't think her dad is a mechanic, just really handy and does all the work on their cars, change oil, etc.

Paul was the biggest snoop in the house, basically knew all the gossip. He ran back and forth between Frank's alliance and Paulies alliance. Was friends with Davonne. Was in the London bedroom and overheard lots, while Nicole was in bed with Corey. Ugh I think Paul has a good chance to win the kind that is house knowledge. He also has counted everything in the house numerous times. Don't think Nicole is a slam dunk, but she is also good at rationalizing who would say what, is pretty analytical, knows days,etc.
it would be close. And I think Corey is good at it too.

Paul threatened to bang pots and pans constantly if they were put up, so I think Nicole and Corey wanted to avoid the possible irrational behavior like what Paul did last time he was on block. I don't blame Corey and Nicole for not telling them in advance. Who would want to put up with that kind of behavior. But then they didn't do anything so it worked out anyway.

Julie ended the night by saying they will show an explosive confrontation in the jury house!!

Pathetic, Has played a terrible game. Lazy and pretty worthless.

It sucks that James will almost surely be in the final two, but at least he won't get AFP. I'm glad all 3 pairs got broken up and there is only one of each left. I wonder if Nic is regretting not taking out Paul. They had two shots but got rid of the comp beast Mich and then Vic, who even if he had managed to comp beast it to the end (which I doubt) would have taken Nic to the end.

Paul just promised Nicoke he would take her Final 2. Paul says James has s..t on him and says has not played the game, Nicole has.
Says has to take James to 3 but won't take him further. Says doesn't want to battle Corey, he is too competitive. Apparently Corey was questioning production during last comp.

Watching a little live feed now. Paul is being pretty masterful. Nicole asking if he should just throw her game because she loves Corey and Pual is telling her to stop being an idiot.

Paul just told Nicole that he understands she is trying to save them both, but it's not happening and she needs to play this game.

Nicole: I love this game, but this is the best boy I've ever met in my life.
Paul: If he is the best boy you have ever met in your life, then he will understand.

Paul could talk his way out of most anything. Except the HGs are well aware now of his forked tongue. When it comes time to vote he has to be very careful not oversell his game, or he will turn them off and they will remember all his crap.

agree. I honestly didnt mind the returnees being a part of the show until now. the fact that they are in the final 3 really takes away from the season.

typically the final 3/4 are who you remember from the show and generally become stars outside of the house. now we arent getting as much of that.

I hope Paul wins. I just think he will have a tough time if he actually called Michelle a ****.

Paul would be a good big brother winner outside of the house.

Paul nominated Nicole & Corey AND Paul won the veto. Looks like James makes the decision on who leaves (likely Corey).

Paul made (or thinks he made) a final 2 deal with Nicole. Not sure if Nicole wants to do that or not, as she told Corey she cant take Paul because of how well he will get the votes.

I dont know why Paul thinks trusting Nicole again is a good idea. I dont know how many times he needs it to be reiterated that she is a snake. Nothing to lose at this point, i guess.

However, I think she also conceded to Paul that James has 4 sure votes in Day, Nat, Bridgette, and Michelle. I dont think there is a winning situation for Nicole anymore, as she has pissed off a lot of the Jury.

I went to the double elimination taping. It was a ton of fun. Got VIP tickets so had a meet and greet with the producers.

Haven't watched hardly anything in the last three weeks or so, but on the whole this was a good season I think. Not a fan of Paul, but don't hate him the way I have the final groups the last couple of seasons.

Don't care who makes the final two and will check in for the final and that's about it. A lot of other things going on now the football is back so really don't care about this with all of the production manipulation. Just about like every year for the last several.

You probably stopped at the right time because it has been boring as **** since then.

I decided to start watching BB Season 2 for the first time when episodes of the current season arent airing. I am surprised how real the show feels. It highlights all the current production manipulation and editing of the newer seasons. I wish they could get back to the feel from Season 2 (except for how 90's-esque it is).

I guess Paul still has time to backdoor James. That's what I would do to make Nicole go on the record with a difficult choice. Plus I really want James to go home as he is a total POS.

At this point, you can't backdoor because everyone plays veto now. It makes no sense to get rid of James who can't win comps right now. Why would you go into F3 with a showmance?

Good point. I'm blinded by my irrational hatred for James though. From reading Mortys, it sounds like Paul hates that he is taking James to the final 3 also.
