I haven't read where anyone thinks she deserved to die. Unless self-defense there is no excuse - and then even self-defense has lots of levels before killing is justified. Her boyfriend also is pretty shady and not someone I would welcome dating a daughter/granddaughter.

Having all of that as givens, it doesn't change that the girl is definitely a boil the pet rabbit type. Train wreck all the way around in this situation with those two.

I havent seen anyone "victim blame" since her body was found. I will admit that at first, my first thought was that she went a bit crazy, they got in a fight, she got out and told him to leave, so he did.

Obviously that does not appear to be the case now, and if he was responsible for her death, I truly hope he is found and held fully responsible.

911 call from the Aug 12 domestic incident has been released. It was a couple weeks before the suspected day Gabby died. A guy called in reporting he saw Brian slapping her before they drove away.

Quote:
Operator: Grand County Sherriff's Office.
Witness: Hi, can you hear me sir?
Operator: Yeah I can hear you.
Witness: Hi, I'm calling -- I'm right on the corner of Main Street by Moonflower and we're driving by and I'd like to report a domestic dispute (?) Florida with a white van. Florida license plate, white van, gentleman --
Operator: Where is it at?
Witness: They just drove off. They're going down Main Street. They made a right on Main Street from Moonflower --
Operator: And what were they doing?
Witness: -- being cooperative --
Witness: What did you say?
Operator: What were they doing?
Witness: Uh, we drove by and the gentleman was slapping the girl.
Operator: He was slapping her?
Witness: Yes, and then we stopped (?), they ran up and down the sidewalk, he proceeded to hit her, hopped in the car and they drove off.
