thats what i would lean towards but if he is a POI they may have told him not to leave town or something like that through his lawyer and if his parents didnt tell the cops i wonder if they could hit them with obstruction? no clue really.

If you're not under arrest, the cops can't restrict your movements without a court order.

I have noticed that every time I see a tv news story mention the cop stopping them, they call it a physical fight and never mention how she was the aggressor.

And yeah, aiding a fugitive isn't a crime when they are not a fugitive. Hiring a lawyer and not saying **** was a good idea. If he is running, not so much. I'm thinking he went and offed himself

Not necessarily true. If his parents knew he killed her and helped him get away before he could be arrested, then I think they could have criminal charges. It seems like it would be pretty tough to prove they knew anything, though.

In a series of four videos that have only just now surfaced, Baker claims to have picked up a hitchhiker she identified as Laundrie at about 5:45 p.m. on the way to Jackson Hole, which she referred to as "Jackson."
Later, at about 6:09 p.m. when she mentioned "Jackson Hole," he asked to get out, she said of her supposed interaction.

There have actually been several people online who claim to have talked with Brian in the same area as the TikTok girl on Aug 29. The one thing all have in common is they say he was very agitated. It certainly seems like she is probably somewhere in that area. I think the FBI started searching where they think their camp ground was.

Nah, he's hiding. If he was going to kill himself out of remorse he would have done it shortly after the murder.

All of his actions suggest that he was hoping to avoid going to prison, and he had a chance at that until the body was discovered.

Now that her remains have (presumably) been found, he might off himself, but I don't think he's done it yet.

Haven't 100% finished the forensics tests to confirm it's her, but they essentially said it is and have already contacted her family to offer their condolences.

They did say "human remains". If her body has been sitting out there for 3 weeks, remains is probably all that's left.
