I learned on a bet, which I won, so it's the former. I bet a bottle of gin based on the number of McD's someone said he reviewed, and I took the Over, and won.

But I live in BCS, so his constant and annoying presence on Yelp is really impossible to avoid. Unless I ignore Yelp, which is useful to me.
