We got Schloss to come due to deteriorating relationships in the TCU AD (as well as his personal life). I have no idea what his relationships are like with Trev or others in our AD.
The move now gives me more confidence it's not Schloss. Schloss knows tonight is the biggest game of his coaching career so far and if he had told CDC he's coming, I doubt he would want to see that kind of smoke today. More than likely, CDC has been courting the next coach in the background and finally came to an agreement over the weekend.
