Non-credible reports are people with no actual reporting experience within college sports of any significant level. Joe with 500 followers? Nope.
You stated there are tons of reports out there that he IS the top target. That would suggest a credible reporter with a history of reporting on college sports stating they have spoken with a credible source with knowledge that he IS the top target. I have not seen that.
If Brent Z says "Texas will likely target x", that says nothing.
If AAS says "don't count out x" that is nothing.
If Rogers says "I have sources within the athletic department who have told me their top target is…". That is something.
