Unless they pay 2.5 to 3 times market rate, they aren't getting anybody. It's also a terrible place to kill a career since they will cannibalize you in an instant. So if your goal is to make a lot quickly then it could work but these guys all love their profession

Everyone wants to maximize current $$$$ without worrying about long term damage to the sport
Coaches leaving for more money has always been an issue but if Schloss pulls a Layne Kiffen that would suck
