Both coach teams on the up&up in stadiums 5x better than that POS field they have in Austin. And both just got stadium upgrades.

Had given zero credence to rumors until info I got this afternoon. Very much hope it’s incorrect. Not even contract related (though it will be large) - more trust in admin and living up to promises we’ve made him. Hope it’s wrong. Afraid it isn’t.

Good lord, I hate the internet and everyone's quest for clout. Incredible how everyone has "sources" now.

Honestly, that's my big concern with it. Ross promised him a new stadium and then dragged his feet in favor of various football facility improvements. I know he was on the search committee for the new AD, but Trev has made it clear he's trying to cut costs in order to pay athletes, and I'm not sure how much room there is in our budget for a new stadium or what the current fundraising status looks like. If (big if) he goes to the sips, my guess is it is more an issue of trusting Del Conte more than Alberts. I'm sure they will offer an insane contract, but I don't think he leaves (if he leaves) purely based on money.
