I've worked with these guys for a long time and know them pretty well, and it absolutely sounds like "if we can't have it, then neither can you." Very unfortunate.
They said every person in their office has to wear proximity bracelets that buzz when they are standing too close to someone. Wtf

I think it will be open more than everyone thinks
We will keep it closed all day to keep it cool, then open it right before the game starts. That cool air is more dense than warm air, and will continue to circulate through the seating bowl. #science
If you really want to know why the artificial surface makes sense, lets just ask Mr. Gigem how many events/games they have been running through there the last three weeks.wbt5845 said:Mr Gigem said:

Which is why an artificial surface makes sense. To keep the grass alive, they'd need to keep it open all day, close around 4 PM and crank the A/C. Now we can have an outdoor feel more often.

Gallo is a .230 hitter that will strike out 3 times every 2 games and give you about 40HRs/90RBIs. He puts up big homers and if the game is to score runs... he doesn't do that very well, either. Not for a #3 or #4 hitter.
Career: 473 G, .208, 120 HR, 262 R, 262 RBI, 672 SO, .327 OBP
Gallo: 1516 AB, 5.79 AB/Runs; 5.79 AB/RBI
He is Chris "Crush" Davis.
