No. They'd trade down if they're not going to pick him.
And Portland has Dame…. they're gonna need an off-ramp for him. I could see them drafting Scoot and playing both… knowing Scoot is the eventual successor.
But I guess if we want to hold out hope, it's not completely outside the realm of possibility.

I think it is possible. Hollinger's big board has CamWhit #3 now. As a SF/PF you play him with dame/Simons/Cam/Grant/Nurkic and that's a good lineup. It fills a need more than Scoot.
If I'm Portland, I try to get a king's ransom for Dame, draft Scoot and get 12 years younger.
But Portland hasn't made the best moves the last decade, which is why they are where they are with a HOF PG.
