Obviously LASK is no Brentford. Right now, Liverpool is just a mid level team in the PL. Hopefully get healthy and grow into Iraolas system as the year goes on. Just so many new faces and mgr

Brentford will shift to a 4-4-1 and just pack it in. Going to be tough to break through but need to find a way to grab a goal off a deflection or set piece.

Additionally, I think Iraola is going to have to play Frimpong and Tsimikas more. Araujo is awesome but he's a CB and Kerkez stinks. We have to get more offense from those spots. Who cares how they defend right now.

We even looked like we were a man down when we were up 2 men...

Apparently the entire team decided to just sit back and jog for the last 20 minutes.

Pretty awful performance and we were lucky to get a W.

The refs definitely helped us out today and paid us back for the Man City debacle. I'll take it, but that was barely convincing.

I know it's not a well oiled machine, but wins at Bournemouth and at Brentford says something for the mentality improvements at least. I really enjoy watching Munoz and Jacquet play.

Sorta. I think he's a good enough finisher, he just fades in and out if that makes sense. Like he's not Nunez, but he'll have a game like Wednesday and then one like today.

Brighton, mercy....3 goals in the first 10 minutes including a midfield strike. 5-0 win and now 23 goals in 7 games and only given up 5.

There is a 0% chance Barcola was our 2nd best player this weekend with all the chances he missed.

Munoz has been a great signing. Him and Jacquet are my players of the season so far. And glad to see Isak on the scoresheet. We're gonna need 20+ goals from him this season.
