Cannot believe how cursed we've been this season with injuries.
We might be looking at a backline of Partey--White--Gabriel--Kiwior. No Timber, Calafiori, Tomiyasu. Zinchenko is available but has had zero minutes in 2 months. Starting 17 y/o MLS against Salah is probably a bad idea. I really don't want Partey at RB because right now I think he's our best midfielder. I think I would rather do a White--Gabriel--Kiwior--Zinny
Midfield becomes Rice--Merino with Trossard in the CAM. Merino definitely looks like he's still not quite match fit and figuring out our system. Obviously zero chance Nwaneri starts because Arteta is being overly stingy with him for some reason.
Martinelli and Havertz in attack and then you have to decide between Sterling and Jesus. I though Jesus looked better against Shaktar up until he missed that chance and then you could see his confidence drop. He desperately needs a goal right now. Sterling I thought looked awful on Tuesday. No where close to the defensive work rate that our club demands from players.
I think a fully fit (and not suspended) Arsenal squad dominates this Sunday. But missing our 3 best players in Saliba, Odegaard and Saka takes everything out of us. Praying for a win, but hoping we just don't lose right now.

I'll give you that. I will counter that Martinelli tends to turn the ball over too easily at times. Love his pace, would like to see him improve his control on the ball, and think he would be practically unstoppable if that can happen.
