I saw a tweet where the only people who haven't been injured this season are Trossard, Kiwior, and Jorginho. All teams deal with injuries but we can't seem to get any traction on having a healthy team.

Your not wrong. I think he leaves Wolves but not until summer. Think they are trying to extend him now to keep him happy and get a higher transfer in the summer. Also, I question whether he would be what we really need. Like his versatility but I think he is best as a SS in a 2 ST setup.

It’s my understanding that it’s now more likely that Cunha will depart Wolves this window than stay.

I'll say one thing about Cunha, I hope we don't massively overpay and **** up funding for an actual out and out striker that we really need

I've seen some claims that Wolves want 80m. I think Cunha could be a good addition for now and the future but anything over 50m is huge overspend. I don't know specifics but I have also heard that their willingness to move him now is in part because he has a relegation clause in his contract that would see them getting very little if they were to get relegated.wangus12 said:

Edit...... I'm not high on the idea of adding a ST just for the sake of adding a ST. Personally I would be content adding a W (or 2) if they can be found for a better price and shifting Marti to ST for the rest of the year.

I think that's right, but even with a loss we are in pretty good shape with goal differential

Yeah I think it's very unlikely we are out of top 8 no matter what as it would take literally every team on 13+ points to win, but I guess it could happen
Also City are currently out of the next round in 25th
I agree and I was thinking more towards summer spending. Spending 80m on Cunha is dumb when you need more expensive pieces in the summer. We need a Trossard-like signing from 2 years ago. A quality piece at a good price
Also saw that we have yet to concede from open play in the UCL this year. Just 2 penalties
