Seeing it being reported by multiple sources. Ive also seen similar rumors of summer pre agreements on 2 others..... 20yo LW/AM Alberto Moleiro and 21yo ST Benjamin Sesko. All (including Zubi) are supposedly us notifying the teams of our intent to trigger the release clause in the summer.
IMO, we have to do something. Just listened to the Arsenal Vision podcast with Elliott and Phil. Elliott can be a bit hard to take but I do like to hear Phil's opinions. Point being something has to be done to save the season. Some good comments regarding MO and Sterling coming together.

We all know injuries are a major issue, but there are other problems.
One of the things Elliott hits on is Havertz and how he is utilized to score goals. Elliott's opinion is that The point being Kai is not the ideal guy to score where he is being played.
Essentially he is saying Kai is a valuable player but he can't be the central figure. He also talks about the issues with MO and him playing without Saka.

- Jesus tore left ACL. That leaves him out for the season and chances he leaves this summer are extremely slim.
- Looking for a Jan replacement for Jesus. Vlahovic or Sesko unlikely in Jan. Either a loan from outside of England (already at their EPL loan max) or an inexpensive permanent transfer.

- Inter and Dortmund are trying to land OZ
- Flamengo & Palmeiras are vying for Jorge
Jorge doesn't 100% qualify and I would be a bit nervous letting him go now unless we had a replacement coming. Mat be less worried if we started seeing a few guy healthy (Nwaneri & White) plus a forward coming in Jan.

Yeah I agree. They really need to make some big moves in attack this summer. Also doesn't help that Merino (who did have an outstanding Euro tournament) hasn't really been anything more than average.
Really wish we had some definitive leadership in the squad. I like Odegaard as captain and think he does a good job, but we need that true leader like Xhaka for this type of season when everything at every turn has gone wrong.
Already feels like the fanbase is starting turn a little bit to what it was like during the last Wenger years. Now that could all change if they win tonight and rebuild some good will

Sterling plays like he still thinks he is 24/25 yo and the star forward.
