I am not at all a WZ fan, but you have to question the idea of breaking up the defensive line at this stage. For a guy that hasn't played a minute in this tournament.
Exactly. So dicey a decision.

I agree, the subs have to come on earlier than they have been if there is to be an impact on the game. Our subs have been wasted so far this tournament…akm91 said:
If Berhalter was going to play a false 9, he would've started Fererira. I'm fine without Aaronson starting. He's gotta get the subs on much earlier than 75' if he wants them to make an impact.

Also, SHOUT OUT to all the posters that have been on this board for all of qualifying for past couple of years, and not just here for the World Cup…

I wanted CCV to start game 1. Glad to see him.
Only complaint is Aaronson....I just think you find a way to get him on the field especially with us needed a goal

This board is cool and all, but longevity here isn't some telling indicator of fan buy-in. I would rather have new posters who aren't dumbasses than old hands who ***** about stupid **** and don't know the game. (This is not aimed at anyone specific, I promise.)

Those of us that followed USMNT tin the '80's know what a struggle it was. Getting information on US Soccer before the internet was real work! Nothing beats screaming and yelling while watching a bad feed of a Paul Caligiuri goal to send us to the 90 World Cup!

For the kids, yes, they used to go to commercial during matches prior to 1994.
And lots of those matches were tape delayed. Game might be on television at midnight.Chuck Cunningham said:and watching a match and tv going to commercial.Aston94 said:MookieBlaylock said:aggiephoenix02 said:
