Oh boy. That's another can of worms. Fouls at the feet playing the ball are no longer DOGSO red but that was a charge from behind not playing the ball. I think if he calls it its yellow but it's gray.

I love the Germans. Cleat to the face, no overly dramatic appeal to the ref. They play the game.

I have to say I actually like the way VAR is being used and the standard set. The explanation for "clear and obvious error" was explained in the pre tournament press briefing to be a call that 95 out of 100 referees would find to be an error. They are clearly not re-refereeing judgement calls on the field.
