Just wanted to thank AggieOO for the original post...it was a big help.
I recently added a little bit of running to my walking routine and I used to get real sharp pain on outer-side of my foot. Checking stuff online, I figured it was Plantar Fasciitis. After reading the post, I sort did a self examination of my foot and took a closer look at my shoes. I don't know the exact name but they're Adidas shoes, and I noticed they had this wierd Torsion Control thing right where foot would hurt. So I switched back to an older pair of simple shoes and haven't had any such problems since.
So, from now on I'm gonna stick to simple, neutral shoes, and am thinking of making the Asics Gel-Strike my next pair.
