Do you guys need anything, other than power?
If you say you hate the state of politics in this nation and you don't get involved in it, you obviously don't hate the state of politics in this nation.

I saw tons of trucks in parking lots yesterday around 6PM when I made a Home Depot run. Hopefully that means they had wrapped up most of the work. I know people in SW Houston on some odd/isolated blocks were reporting that they finally got power back on yesterday.

You must live near a buddy of mine then. He just got his back today.

If you saw a deuce and a half pulling stuck CP trucks out of the mud, that was my buddy.

Forest Cove, Kingwood Lakes, King's Forest, and Bear Branch just got nuked. Looked more like a tornado track. I was over by IAH, and yeah, there were trees down on Will Clayton through to 1960, but Kingwood is piled 8 feet deep at almost every house with trees 3' diameter. You just don't expect that many pines to come down.
94chem,

Waiting for KCC to open back up for golf. There is a crap ton of pines laid down all over the place on the courses. Word is they counted 650+ trees down on the KCC properties.
