Street lights on in my neighborhood but no homes have power. How does that even happen?
Did you verify that at your meter? Nothing showing up yet?

The map has a legend. Click the little circle in the bottom left corner and it'll show the legend.

I did. It wasn't working. I work in arc daily and am very familiar with the program.

I just got this helpful message from CP:
CenterPoint Energy and mutual assistance crews continue to focus on damage assessment and making repairs safely. This includes clearing vegetation and other debris preventing the ability to make repairs. At this time, we are working to provide you with estimated restoration dates. Due to the severity of the storm, please continue to be prepared to be without power for several days. Our crews will work around the clock until all power is restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time. We will send updates as they become available.
I'm betting we won't be getting power back for another few days.
