It was a long game, and hot as hell inside! We were in the first level and had to get up a couple of times just to go to the concourse and walk around to get some cool air.

How the hell can you justify trotting Maldonado out there night after night? You need max bat in the lineup at this point and your pitching is going to **** right before your eyes....the very reason you justify keeping him in there. He's a bottom 4 catcher in nearly every offensive and defensive metric this year.

FTR, I'm not a Maldonado fan.
That just cemented his position for the rest of the year. He could hit .088 and average 1.5 past balls a game from here out and he's our starting catcher.
