One of our neighbors went down this morning and talked to the house in question. They had no idea they needed to turn off the sprinklers if it's going to be freezing.
The Indians down the street from us did it as well.....they are not plugged into anything localFTAG 2000 said:Had one house in our neighborhood that did this this morning.aggiesherpa said:
Some freaking morons in our neighborhood ran their sprinklers this morning. Thanks for the ice in the road!
They just moved here from overseas, guess they never had cold over there.

Cantore is the main weather reporter for the Weather Channel. He always goes where the big weather is expected and modeled to be to cover it. If he's coming to your town there's big weather coming.
Reed Timmer - he's a big storm chaser (usually tornados and hurricanes). He's got a significant social media following, and similar to Jim, if he shows up in your town that usually means you've got a big weather event coming.
Latest model runs and NWS Fort Worth update has DFW metro and surrounding counties catching anywhere from eight to thirteen inches of snow Thursday - Thursday night.

Thanks. Not sure this will be that type of freezing event.
That's what I'm on fence about. It may snow a ton. But if it's only 28-32 that's not really a big concern.
Get your snowblower ready in Dallas!
