Always a freeze chance until after Easter. Listen to your old farming elders. They never planted until after Easter.

I'm not sure I remember a storm being that heavy for dang near 12 hours straight. I was up all night with an upper respiratory and it was solid heavy rain every time I was upTecRecAg said:
Would love to see totals from last night and tonight. Holy cow

Agreed and this was more to what I was speaking about, if you're now in bumper to bumper traffic you don't need to have you hazards on.planoaggie123 said:
I can maybe see if you see someone in your rear-view coming up fast doing it temporarily to grab their attention but should not be on the entire drive....
It looked like an emergency scene in front of me the entire drive with EVEYRONE flashing their hazards....if everyone does it, are you actually making yourself more noticeable or....i would say...the "everyone flash hazards" makes the road FAR MORE hazardous as you can't tell what people are doing....
This sounds like an older auto situation, as far as the brake lights, it does not override most modern autos brake lights. I get that it overrides a turn signal, but in this scenario no one is turning.akaggie05 said:
It disables the brake lights and turn signals in most vehicles and anyone who does it should lose their license.
Thank you for your advice.DannyDuberstein said:
If it's raining so hard that you feel you have to go so slow to put your hazards on, my advice would be to exit entirely and stop in a safe spot until the rain lets up
