I live off 244 south of Iola. The traffic isn't as bad as it was ten years ago with the horizontal drilling. Most of the big trucks on 244 seem to be heading north from Hwy-30 into Iola. I wonder if the data center buildout is causing the truck traffic?
Even so, that traffic is mild compared to the school traffic going into Iola every morning and afternoon.
I live very close to the site and have noticed no difference in traffic at all commuting to CS and back each day. My guess is that the only people noticing a difference now are people that live east of Timberwolf on Highway 30. Timberwolf is their primary entrance off Highway 30 to the site from what I can tell
