I submitted a form 1 on July 19th 2023 through silencershop.com in my dashboard on that site as of today it says "Submitted" and "Pending ATF Approval"
but when I log into the eForms.atf.gov site it says my form1 was approved on 10/11/23 and it has a permit number and everything.
does that mean I am good to go? and if so why did the silencershop.com dashboard not get updated?

Quick question on a Form 1- I just moved back to Texas and my license is still from the other state. Do I have to get a Texas DL before I can e-file for a Form 1? I already have the gun, a KUSA KP9.

There is no 'next in line". The system has changed since March and those in the cue are still in the cue. FWIW, I'm still waiting on two cans that were e-filed as a trust in Oct 2022.
I am completely aware of that it is just extremely frustrating to hear about all of the super fast turnarounds and then have nothing even close to what is supposedly happening to the majority of others. Maybe I'm on a watch list?
I've also waited for longer than three years multiple times. The random wait times are just that, random.
The process changes that have occurred since March are positively impacting wait times. However, not every approval is coming back in days/weeks. New filings will likely continue to be turned in less time than those that were submitted before April of this year and are already in the cue.
I get it, it sucks.
