I called the ATF about my 9/21/22 submission and was told it's pending. Such horse ****, when 2023 submissions are going through. I already have 2 form 4s approved under the same trust and RPs.

That's encouraging. I submitted one about two weeks later. I did have to mail my fingerprints to West Virginia, though. Still, I've got several other stamps, so I'm hoping they'll just rubber stamp it and move on to the next guy.

Maybe if you get the luck of the draw. On the other hand you might get the ****ty end of the stick like me and have to wait months beyond the average wait time. No rhyme or reason for the differences.
I got my Ghost-M in after 220 days. Looks like I'll be waiting on the adapters from Dead Air even longer. It's useless without them and they have been out of inventory.

The F1. Youre likely still 40+ days out from the F4.
When I asked the ATF on a call about the difference in time on Form 1s, I was told the amnesty ones are "when they get to them". I got the impression they are kind of screening for amnesty or paying tax stamp Form 1s.tandy miller said:

Yeah they wouldn't even give me an average processing time. I really think my F4 will come first.
The form 1 is for a 22 charger, so it's not something I'm chomping at the bit for.
My 30 cal can, on the other hand, is a different story.

Still waiting on my form 4 submitted in February. I imagine it'll be ready in December if I'm lucky. never had a form 4 that took less than 8 months. Would be nice to lug it back home for my brother and buddies to shoot at our Xmas visit. Form 3 was super fast. Like a week or two. Gave me hope but that didn't last long.

Just received the email that my form 4 was approved from November 15th. Called the FFL earlier this week and he said they were receiving forms from ALL over the place. On one day they received forms from August 22 and January 23.

That's what I'm seeing on Reddit as well… approval times are from like 100-300 days lol

Finally received my Banish 46....19 days short of one year from submittal.
One of my friends is now 200+ days into a resubmittal- first one got dinged due "nonmatching" signatures. The so-called nonmatching signature was allegedly nothing more than a different shade of ink from the pen. He has had his congresswoman involved but the ATF keep punting and saying that they are waiting on the FBI background check- ridiculous given that they approved his Form 1 over a year ago

Just got 100 on my form 1!
Just dropped my rifle off to get the integrally suppressed barrel installed. I am not approved yet, but right at 8 months so they Called and told me to bring it in. So now I wait for them to call and tell me to come pick it up. They claim it should be within the next month or so. They have not seen anything go beyond 9 months in a long time. We shall see.

Just got off the phone with our govt overlords for a status update. Was told averages for individual Form 4s is now 190 days

My current days since application went pending for 5 cans in jail is: 232 days on two, 114 days on one, 91 days on one and 21 days on one.
I put in two via Trust Form 4s on 12/22/22 and one was approved on 7/25/23 (217 days). The other is still pending.
Im down to only one pending (80 days).
Might have to put another one into the endless cycle of intentional government incompetence.

Holy ***** Not sure if theyre just trying to bring the avg down, but ive never seen this many sub 100 day waits in the year+ ive been following this sub. Obviously theres still 200+ day waits, but this is nuts. Giving me hope for a batch w/ my Oculus (206) and Enticer S (116)
Also, atf phone ppl are now saying e form 4 (individual) have an avg processing time of 190 days. At least thats what I was told last week
