I'm at 143 days since eform certification on two form 4 suppressors on a trust with 2 responsible persons. Original purchase was 197 days ago through silencershop.

Silencershop claims that the wait time for Form 4 approvals is between 1 to 132 days with the median being 120 days.

Anybody else having to wait this long on eform?

I did recently have a form 1 suppressor app disapproved due to their recent shenanigans regarding building materials. It was applied for in early February before they illegally announced the new rules without public notice and rejected in mid May. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with the delay.

When I bought the turbo K the guy at my local gun shop said 4-5 months

Congrats! All 4 of my march certifications from CA are still in AFT purgatory so its nice to see movement for someone.

Second one from Capital just processed. Now both of the ones I e-filed in March are complete as well as a Form 1 I e-filed in March directly.

Just received both of my Form 4 approvals this morning so it breaks down at:

Silencerco Hybrid 46 and Warlock II to get in on Bogo deal (registered for free 9mm can, still hasn't shipped)

11/28 Purchase from silencer shop on paper form 4 and kiosk fingerprints - via personal trust with 2 responsible persons

Mid January SS converted them to E-Form at their own discretion.

1/20 and 1/21 certifications ( I certified them on the same day so not sure why it shows different)

6/17 Approvals on both separated by 3 hours.

147 days since certification on one and 148 days since certification on the other.

201 days since original purchase

Will try to pick them up after work today.

Day two for me for my first suppressor purchase. Mainly just posting to watchlist and give myself a time stamp. Used silencer shop, single shot trust. Did my fingerprints yesterday. Waiting on my docusign from silencer shop.

Went to my dealer to get a part for my AR, she said they were seeing forms from week of feb 11th this week, which supports that number (roughly). Sounds like the 90 days is the exception rather than the rule

That's what I'm hoping for. Just mailed my prints yesterday. They looked like ****, but everything I've read on the /NFA Reddit says they take anything. We shall see
