Looking into starting the process for a suppressor and an SBR. What do you guys do for trusts? Do yall do single shot for each item or is it better to bite the bullet and do a full blown trust for all items? Found this website and sounds like a decent approach. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Finally picked up my most recent can: Rugged Mustang .22.
Purchased 11/30/21, approved 11/1/22, stamp arrived 11/7/22.
That's a year, a week and a day.

Form 4 Trust Efile on 10/15/22 would be a proper way to let others know your process.

My alert went off today for my 90 business days (which when I got my confirmation in July was supposed to be the going rate for approval). Probably still have two more months at least.

Is NFA tracker down? Haven't looked in a while and noticed today it had no data.

Because I typed the wrong date. It was March 15th, not May 15th as I mistakenly typed.

I got a Thunder Beast Ultra-7 from Burdett's (efile) back in late June. So that's right about 5 months now.

I bought two suppressors through my trust at the end of April 2021 so via the old paper forms.
Today is over 19 months later so I called the ATF. They said there is no record of me showing with the serial numbers and that the serial numbers are still assigned to the dealer.
When I call the dealer, they say paper forms are taking up two two years and that it is common for ATF to not have the serial numbers updated.
Is there anything I can do to get a status update? I just dread getting a call six months from now that there has been an issue holding things up for a year.

My guess is that your dealer dropped the ball and never sent it
Just got my first can - TBAC 22 Takedown. Put in for it in March, approved 11/30.

I have two papers pending that are at 2.5 years and my son has two papers that are at 2 years. During that time period I've had some eFiles approved. There is no rhyme or reason for ATF approvals...
Yeah that's an anomaly.
